Relax on the spacious back patio with a picnic table and Gas BBQ, or in the 6 person hot tub located in a private front courtyard. Washer and Dryer located in 1 car garage. You enter the home by going up steps to the left of the driveway to the entry door. Upon entry, you find yourself in a hallway. On your right is the Master Bedroom, with Queen size bed, smart TV, and Master Bathroom with a combo tub/shower.
On your left is the second Bedroom with Queen size bed and smart TV. Continuing along, you come to the second Bathroom with shower on the left. Continuing up a few steps in the hallway you come to the living level of the home. To your right is a very large, fully equipped kitchen. Complete with a large dining area and the spacious living room with music center, smart TV and fireplace. Door from dining room area leads out to patio with wood table and chairs. Also equipped with Gas BBQ. Patio area and windows along dining room area and living room provide wonderful Golf Course and water views. Cable/sports - upgraded cable package with Bay Area sports.
