Very unique w/ main house sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and detached guest house sleeps 2 w/ its own bathroom & kitchenette w/ sink, microwave & mini fridge making it the perfect place for privacy for all sorts of getaways. Only a 6 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale. Heated pool (addit. cost), hot tub, fire pit. 3 smart TVs. Laundry & 1 car garage for guest use. Pet friendly. Enjoy views of Camelback Mountain.

The rental of this property includes both the main house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen & laundry room) plus the detached guest house which is setup like a large studio apartment with a kitchenette, small sofa, wardrobe, semi-private bathroom with step-in shower. Guest house has a ductless mini split for heating & cooling, plus a ceiling fan. Guest house has a room darkening shade that can drop down over the garage door for utmost privacy when needed. Whole house comes equipped with room darkening shades. Rental also includes guest use of 1 car attached garage to the main house.

Pool is HEATED & is available upon request from October-end of April. Pool heating it is an additional cost of $75/day for a minimum of 3 days or $450/week. We need 24 hour notice if you want the pool heated, it takes time, especially in the middle of winter. Pool heater will be set to 85. If you opt to have the pool heated, it will be controlled remotely by management. The water feature & pool light are set on a schedule and guest's do not have access to turning those off and on, please message us if there is an issue with either.

Dogs are allowed for an additional fee. Two dogs max. $100/dog per stay. Some restrictions apply - please inquire.

All 4 beds come equipped with fresh linens and there are spare sheets available to you, as well as extra pillows. Plenty of fresh bath, hand and pool towels available for the duration of your stay. Luggage racks in each room and each room has a closet. Roku TV's can be found in the living room, master suite & guest house. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Paper products are supplied for up to a 3-5 day stay, beyond that you will need to supply your own depending on level of use.

Pool floats and toys are available for guest use. Propane grill available. Outdoor dining table with 8 chairs, 2 chaise lounges, 2 large chairs by the fire pit. 2 LED lit umbrellas

Everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay is provided. All kitchen amenities you could need, including a dual Kcup & 12 cup drip coffee maker. Crockpot & plenty of bakeware.There are two large cabinet pantries for food storage. Laundry room with full size washer & dryer is available for guest use, some laundry soap is provided.

High speed wifi throughout the home. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.

Garage is available for guest use and can fit one car, and two cars can easily fit in the driveway.

Pool is extra deep, please watch your children and non-swimmers very closely. No diving. Pool is heated for an additional fee. Pool is professionally serviced once a week. Landscaper comes once a week. Home & property (inside & out) has professional pest control once a month. We will let you know if any of these services coincide with your stay.
