This fully equipped 1,100 square foot condo is conveniently located on the ground floor with a single attached garage leading directly to the kitchen. The upgraded kitchen features granite countertops, cherry cabinets, slate and laminate floors and new appliances, including a microwave, garbage disposal and a new water softener. It is fully stocked with all cutlery, plating, and glassware for both in the home and on the patio. Little conveniences like a Keurig coffee maker (and full-sized coffee pot) have also been included so it feels just like home. The master bedroom and living room share a large ground floor patio that overlooks beautifully landscaped gardens with waterfalls and fountains -- perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink as the sun sets on the Arizona sky.

The master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed overlooking the patio with its own sliding-door access to the patio. The private master bath features cultured marble countertops with double sinks, separate toilet room, and a full-sized tub w/shower. We have also included a hair-dryer, curling iron, and straightening-iron for the ladies to give you more room in your luggage for added shopping! The large walk-in closet has ample storage for all your clothes and luggage so the main living areas are clear and tidy. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, closet, and access to the main bathroom featuring an over-sized shower with sliding doors. Separate access to the main bath from the main living area and a locking door to the second bedroom means your guests will have easy access while maintaining the privacy of the second bedroom.
