The space
The home Features Two Master Suites, 2 Guest bedrooms, and a kids room off the master with 2 Bunk Beds. 9 Beds to Sleep in total. Spacious and open Concept for the home. Tastefully furnished throughout with brand new furnishes and bedding. Enjoy breakfast at the breakfast bar or in the Eat In Kitchen dining area. Home has upgrades galore. Backyard is a great place to unwind with optional heated pool, lounge chairs, yard games, and a custom fire table for the Cool Winter nights.
House rules and Things to Know
NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! No loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated at all. Your welcome to have fun but please remember that the people around you are not on vacation and must be respected at all times.
Quiet hours are nightly at 10 PM and strictly enforced. No loud outdoor activity is allowed past this time.
No smoking. Any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine.
Booking party must be at least 25 years of age.
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard
Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day or $350 per week. Must give host at least 72 hours advance notice for pool heating and a payment request will be sent through VRBO.
