House in San Luis Obispo with pool. Located 10 minutes from downtown SLO, 15 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes from Cal Poly, and in the heart of Edna Valley wine country. Our property boasts a large pool and hot tub, great mountain views, and comfortable outdoor living. Have a night around the fire pit, play a game of air hockey, or enjoy the outdoor 75" T.V. There is truly something for everyone at this location.
Welcome to our property! Upon walking in you will be taken by how much light fills the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and baking needs including All Clad pots and pans. Moving along to the dinning area where you can have a lovely meal you prepared or had delivered with seating for 8. The living room has a Frame T.V. in which you can enjoy watching a movie or viewing various works of art. The primary bedroom has a large closet, spacious ensuite bathroom, and luxurious bedding. Bedrooms two and three have linen duvets, overhead fans, and plenty of room to unpack your belongings. All of our mattresses on the property are from the award winning Brooklyn Bedding.
Outside you’ll be blown away by the 50’ x 20’ swimming pool with an integrated hot tub that holds up to 10 guests. Surrounding the pool are loungers, a fire pit, chairs, propane BBQ, and dinning table for 8.
You will also have full access to the pool pavilion which has a 75” outdoor T.V., mini fridge, air hockey table, and gym equipment. A great place to enjoy the mountain view and get out of the sun.

Other things to note:
Pool can be heated upon request for $75 a day. We also offer dog walking services for our guests with furry friends. Please inquire in advance to ensure availability.

Located in San Luis Obispo, this vacation home is in the mountains. Pismo Beach Pier and Avila Hot Springs are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Avila Beach and Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area.
