My favorite of my Airbnb homes! This is a brand new Park Model home with new everything. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom down stairs, and a queen bed with relaxing chairs, up stairs in the loft room. The roomy living area has a modern sofa that folds down into a bed. You'll find a full kitchen and bathroom, and a table to dine at. Expand your living space onto the deck outside, and this tiny home has it all.

You have access to the entire home and deck area. And also the laundry facilities. There is one dedicated space to park your car in space number 5.

Sage house is located inside the Coastal Creek Mobile Home Park. There are some long term tenants and 5 other short term Airbnb rentals in the park. Your neighbors are all super nice and generally stick to themselves.

The mobile home park has a one way road with a marked entrance and exit side. The Sage House is nestled away in the far left corner of the property. Parking space number 5 is to the left of the home.

San Luis Obispo is home to Peaceful tiny home with two queens and a loft. Avila Hot Springs and Avila Beach Golf Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Morro Bay State Park and Pismo State Beach. San Luis Obispo Children's Museum and San Luis Obispo Railroad Museum are also worth visiting.
