You'll fall in love with this stunning ocean view attached home located 4 miles from the beach in beautiful Carlsbad, CA. Ocean views from every room including back yard patio, hammock and sunsets that will take your breath away. Your private room has keypad entry for added security and comes with a comfy Queen Bed, Desk, Ergonomic and Lounge Chair, Roku TV, WiFi, and High Speed internet. The shared space has a family room, a dining table and full kitchen.
The curtains are blackout and thermal. Plenty of storage under the bed including two zip up pull out storage containers. Three deep drawers in closet as well as two additional deep drawers in the bed side table.
Guests have access to the entire shared home including the fenced in back yard, family room, dining room, kitchen and garage. The garage is fully finished with an epoxy floor. Additional locking cabinet storage is also available in the garage. You may access all of the shared space. Your private room is keypad locked for your added peace of mind. There are other professional tenants living in the home. One is your "live-in host" who can answer any questions and concerns and the other is a monthly renter.
The house is located in a quite residential neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Parking is easy with ample guest parking and street parking options. Our garage is fully finished with an epoxy floor where you can do your laundry and have access to an enclosed storage cabinet.
The live in host will be there to help answer questions or concerns. He is kind, quiet, clean and considerate person who doesn't smoke, drink or party.
Shopping is a breeze with a Albertsons and Walmart only 5 minutes away. Downtown Carlsbad is located 10 minutes to the west and has a wide variety of places to dine, drink and enjoy live music. Hang out with friends or make new ones. Check out all the costal towns along PCH from Oceanside to La Jolla. So many great places to visit. LGBTQ+ Friendly home
Located in Carlsbad, this vacation home is near theme parks and by the sea. LEGOLAND® California is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carlsbad State Beach and Oceanside Beach. Boomers Vista and The Wave Waterpark are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, scuba diving, and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
