Perfectly positioned 10 minutes from Downtown San Luis Obispo, Cal Poly, and local beaches; the Farm House gives you the serenity you crave with access to Central Coast adventure. As for the wine-lovers, Edna Valley is home to 23 tasting rooms and our next-door and across the street neighbors happen to be wineries (Saucelito Canyon and Edna Valley Wineries) – so we would say you’re off to a good start! Additionally, it is a short drive to just about anywhere on the Central Coast including Lopez Lake, the village of Arroyo Grande, Avila Beach, Morro Bay, San Simeon, Hearst Castle, as well as Paso Robles and the famed North County Wine Trails.
The Farm House is a 2043 sq. ft home and has been remodeled and updated with light and bright finishes and Restoration Hardware-style décor. It makes for the perfect gathering spot for your next family getaway, wine tasting trip, or whatever brings you to the central coast. The home sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 bedrooms. One of the rooms has two twin XL beds and the other three rooms have king beds. Guests have exclusive use of the FarmHouse and the fenced, private yard. Additionally, there is a Smart TV in the living room and Wifi is complimentary. There is another rental home located on the 41-acre property, but that being said, each home offers privacy.
