With three bedrooms, two balconies, and 2,300 square feet, this condo has plenty of space to spread out and relax! You'll have air conditioning and central heat to keep you comfortable no matter the season! The living area includes a cozy fireplace and a TV with cable. Relax and catch up on your favorite shows or enjoy the ambiance of a fire in the hearth while reading a good novel. The living room has sliding doors that lead to a spacious balcony which includes its own outdoor living and dining space. Soak up the sun and savor the fresh coastal air!

Walk over to Urban Bicycle Outfitters to rent a nice beach cruiser for flat, leisurely rides along The Beach Trail and Dana Point trail. Don't feel like cooking tonight? The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
