Quant two bedroom one bath beach hide a way, located just a few steps to the beach and boardwalk. Tastefully decorated in beach décor you will find everything needed for a vacation get a way. No need to drive anywhere, local shops and restaurants located just a few blocks away. Seal Beach is a quite beach bedroom community located between Huntington Beach and Long Beach. Centrally located just a 45 min drive in any direction you can visit such local landmarks and events such as; Disneyland, Knots Berry Farm, DTLA, DTLB, fishing, boating or just laying on the beach.

House is apx 1200 sq ft located in a quite residential area adjacent to a large greenbelt park. Equipped with all appliances including washer and drier. Living room is equipped with 60' LCD TV, all cable channels, dvd, surround sound and a cozy living room. Additional items such as boogie boards and surfing equip can be rented at local shops.

Located in Old Towne, a neighborhood in Seal Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. Huntington Beach Pier and Long Beach Cruise Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Knott's Berry Farm and Aquarium of the Pacific.
