This lower-level apartment has a private entrance located within a historic church building nestled in a residential St. Peter neighborhood. It is very close walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The suite is 1400 square feet of exquisitely designed space featuring the perfect blend of modern and historic. With its vintage parquet wood floors, abundant natural light, and captivating charm, this three-room lower level apartment is truly one-of-a-kind and can accommodate up to 7 people.

Discover tranquility, relaxation, and comfort in each of the 3 private bedrooms. All three bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful and relaxing stay. Each room features blackout blinds and curtains for a peaceful night’s sleep, a spacious closet to keep your belongings organized, and a bedside stand with an adjustable light. A sound machine with a variety of soothing options is also provided, helping you drift off with ease. Bedroom 1 has a full-size bed and a twin size futon couch. The couch will comfortably be made up to accommodate one person if requested. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 has a full-size bed and French doors. You will be provided with a fully stocked experience, with all linens included, such as towels, sheets, and kitchen towels, ensuring you have everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Your well-being is our top priority. The suite is meticulously cleaned before each guest’s arrival and features a new, energy-efficient furnace, along with a newly installed radon mitigation system. Safety features include interior fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and surveillance security cameras positioned around the entire church property. The grounds are also fully enclosed by a privacy fence with latching gates. You’ll notice one outdoor security camera on the suite’s patio, positioned to face the stairs and gated entrance. Off-street parking is conveniently located directly in front of the gated apartment entrance. Hosts live on-site in the upstairs unit, which allows us to be readily available if you need anything, while still respecting your privacy. The floors in this church are thick and do a great job of absorbing sound. In addition, we are incredibly quiet and respectful, as we want our guests to enjoy a relaxing, restful, and tranquil experience. Living on the property also allows us to keep a closer eye on the grounds, maintain the space better as well as helps to ensure a safe and secure environment for all our guests.
