Check out instructions

• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Put everything you moved back in place, empty trash and take cans to the curb, handle out, 3 feet apart. leave shower doors open, • wash the kitchen counters, sink, and appliances. leave house neat.
• Turn hot tub to 80-degrees and cover it, • close the pool cover. in winter, put pump in the middle of the cover and hose in the drain. take the seat cushions inside the pool house in rainy season
• Make sure all outdoor lights and fans are turned off lock all doors (pool house too). leave the keys on the dining table. use the key in the rock safe to lock up the house. return it to the safe.
