Long Term Rental Only - This Napa Valley Wine Country home is located on 6.7 acres on the valley floor between Calistoga and St. Helena. Amidst a 4.3 acre top quality organic cab vineyard with 100-year-old oaks, this property is a very special wine country escape.
With a substantial remodel in 2019, this hand-crafted home in a very private yet very central setting provides an atmosphere to nourish the soul and engage the senses. The Cape Cod Style compound boasts all-new decorator furnishings and exciting artwork. The large landscaped exterior includes patios, numerous lawn areas, horseshoe, outdoor eating areas, and a large pool next to the vineyard and Napa River. The quaint, peaceful hideaway offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms in the main house and a detached cottage with a full kitchen, bathroom and a wrap-around deck overlooking the river. Each sleeping area has feather beds and dreamy linens for bed and bath. Professionally cleaned and Landscaped, it sleeps 8 comfortably. The Property includes five cable Smart TV's with Netflix, Amazon and a powerful WiFi system. in house, cottage, and by the pool.
You can spend your days on property strolling the 4.3 acres (7,300 vines) vineyard, enjoying outstanding views, the verdant landscape or laying by the pool. You may also take a short drive or bike ride to some of Napa's top wineries including Sterling, Castello di Amarosa, Twomey, and Clos Pegase; all within 1 mile. Only 4 minutes to Calistoga and 8 minutes to St. Helena to enjoy world-class wineries, shopping, restaurants, and spas.
