This is renting just the upstairs unit, in which the backyard is now shared with the downstairs unit. Each unit has its own private entrance - there is no connection between the upstairs and downstairs units once inside. Each unit sleeps 4, or if renting the entire property (Cordova A+B) it sleeps 8.
 
Living Space
Inside, you'll find an open-concept layout with tile floors, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light flooding the living area. Settle into comfortable seating in front of the smart TV after a long day exploring the cobblestone streets of the nation's oldest city. A dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi make it equally easy to stay productive if you're here for an extended stay or working remotely.
 
Sleeping Arrangements
Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, comfortable linens, hangers, and ample storage. A pack-n-play and baby gate are also available for guests traveling with little ones.
 
Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker - everything you need to prepare meals at home. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are provided. The dining table comfortably seats four for shared meals or morning coffee.
 
Bathroom
The full bathroom features a bathtub, hair dryer, and fresh towels. An in-unit washer and dryer - accessible from the rear porch - make longer stays or beach days a breeze.
 
Outdoor Space & Location
Relax on the front porch with neighborhood views, or step into the shared backyard with outdoor seating. From here, the Castillo de San Marcos, boutique shops, art galleries, and dining are all within easy walking distance. Vilano Beach, live music venues, and seasonal festivals are also close by. Free parking on premises and smart lock self check-in make arrival effortless.
