Only 8 minutes walk to the beach & two blocks to an intracoastal boat ramp and fishing pier. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch where a nice swing is waiting for you to relax, and in the back there's a deck for those who likes sun tanning in peace and discretion. Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and flat screen tv's throughout. This three bedroom turnkey vacation property includes all the comforts of home. The bedrooms include 2 queen and 2 twins. Close to quaint local restaurants, Publix Grocery & only five miles to Historical St. Augustine for sightseeing, shopping & dining. Downstairs common area has a covered lanai with a seating area as well as table and chair for six, laundry, dryer and gas grill. It also has everything you will need for a great day at the beach from beach towel, multiple style chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards, canopy, cart and wagon. There are 4 bikes if you choose to ride around the neighborhood. There is also a hot and cold water outdoor shower for showering off after a day at the beach.
