- Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, built-in closet with a dresser, and a stylish hanging globe light. Blackout curtains for total darkness when needed.
- Third Bedroom: Two twin-sized beds, a built-in closet with a dresser, and blackout curtains.
- Office: Equipped with the fastest internet in the house, a desk with a lamp, and a queen-sized futon bed for added versatility. Additional sleeping space for up to two people on quin size futon.

- Main Bathroom: Jacuzzi tub, shower combo, vanity, and toilet.
- Second Bathroom: Bathtub with a rain shower, vanity, and toilet.
