To be verified via text message or email it to us via the messaging system no earlier than 72 hours of check in date and no later than 3 hours prior to check in the property.
Show ID 3 hours before arrival. Check-in at 4 PM. Early check-in fee: $50/hour. Late check-out fee: $50/hour after 11 AM ($100 for each additional hour).

-No events, parties, or pets without approval (pet fee: $100/stay).
-No smoking, drugs, or eating/drinking in bed.
-Respect furniture, use designated parking.
