Welcomer to our East Sac Getaway! A newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Pet Friendly home nestled in a quiet tree lined street. Walking distance to UC Davis and Shriners Hospital. 15 Minutes to the airport and centrally located in the heart of the city with fantastic dining options, shopping, sports arenas, Old Sac and the river. You'll have access to the entire home, including garage and off street parking. Our dream kitchen has everything you'll need and the peaceful yard includes a fire pit.

We want to give you, your family and your pets the amenities of home with the luxury of a four star hotel. Enjoy cooking in our open concept modern kitchen opening up to a comfortable dining/living space then back yard oasis with outdoor dining and fire pit.

The kitchen includes a Keurig, K cups, all cooking utensils, gas stove and oven and full size refrigerator and freezer. Along with dishes, cups and coffee cups, knives, bakeware and more.

The living room features a smart TV and sitting nook looking out the large window as well as a comfy couch with pull out bed.

The master bedroom with king size Casper Mattress, a smart TV and desk & opens up to a private bathroom large shower, and outdoor access.

The 2nd bedroom with queen size Casper Mattress, connected to guest bathroom and end table with usb plugins for convenient charging.

Exterior of home comes with garage parking, extra parking space in driveway, gated rear yard with lots of trees for shade and a deck with fire pit and seating.

Guest have access to the entire 1,011 square foot home including front yard, back yard, garage and two extra parking spots in driveway and street parking with guest pass.

Large sidewalks and lots of shade with tree lined streets offer great walking paths to enjoy your morning coffee or nightly stroll. Within walking distance you can access UC Davis Hospital and Shriners Children's Hospital. Minutes from local parks and close to freeways, restaurants, shopping and minutes from Old Sacramento, Sacramento Zoo, Fairytale Town and the Sacramento International Airport.

Parking in garage and on premises as well as off street guest parking with pass. Near public transportation and of course Uber and Lyft offer great rates to get you around the community.

There is a noise level monitoring system (Minut) to keep sound down for the neighbors. It does not record conversations simply sound levels and sends and alert when the sound is over 70 decibels. There are motion sensors cameras on the exterior of the home for security. The smoke detectors are also linked with nest to alert us if there is a fire or problem at the home. Nest controlled thermostat which is fully controlled by the guest for their comfort level.
Our biggest goal is to provide you a comfortable, welcoming and safe place to stay. To protect you, our home and our neighborhood we have to go through some boring rules. We hate that this changes the tone of our listing but because of the actions of a few bad apples we need to go over a few details you need to be aware of.

We love our quiet neighborhood and so do our neighbors and we have Quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM.

No parties or gatherings of people allowed. If you throw a party we will ask you to leave and fine you $500 on top of any damages caused.

No smoking or vaping whatsoever on the premises and in the house. We reserve the right to fine you $250 on top of any damages caused from smoking in the house.

We love dogs and we want you to feel at home with yours. We just don't want to clean up after them. We provide a pooper scooper and waste bags to clean up after your pet. Unfortunately if you leave behind pet waste we have to charge you an additional fee for pet cleaning.

Please let us know of any pet accidents when they occur to avoid any additional cleaning fees or damage costs.

We charge $20 additional for the stay, with limit 2 dogs, under 50 lbs. House trained and MUST be crated when unattended.

If you have more cars than fit in the driveway and garage we have a parking pass that gets placed in your vehicles windshield, but it must be left in the house at the end of your stay. You will be charged $50 for lost parking passes.

We leave you a remote opener for you to be able to park in the garage as well. We charge $100 for a lost garage door opener.

Southeastern Sacramento, a neighborhood in Sacramento, is home to this vacation home. Cinemark Century DOCO and Bing Maloney Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Arden Fair Mall and Midtown Farmers Market. Check out an event or a game at Golden 1 Center, and consider making time for Cal Expo, a top attraction not to be missed.
