We are delighted to have you, and we hope to provide you with a great stay!
We welcome you to our space!

This beautiful large house offers 6 bedrooms with 1 king bed + 5 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a bonus room, and a spacious kitchen, perfect for a big group and comfortable for up to 14 people. The house has a spacious kitchen with a granite countertop and stainless steel appliances, 75 inches smart TV, and 2 other 60" TV. Come sit and lounge on our comfy couches and sofa in our 2 living rooms with 2 fireplaces. Step out and relax in our huge backyard with a shady outdoor sitting area and a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and chairs. The house is centrally located near a freeway and lots of shopping centers. 9 miles to downtown Sacramento. 20 miles to SMF Sacramento International Airport.

When arriving, please refer to the “check-in instructions” to access the house.

Keypad: Smartlock system.
The code will be sent to you at 3pm on the day of arrival.

The smoke alarm is on the ceiling in the room.

Parking is available on the driveway.

(If you park on the street, ensure not to block the yellow tactile paving in front of the house).

Under the kitchen sink.

Kitchen cabinets and drawers.

Where to put the laundry:
shared bathroom floor.

How to access the laundry area:
Laundry is in the garage. (We don't provide detergents).
Where to put the trash:
Trash is to be taken out to the green bin in sealed garbage bags. If you have large boxes they will need to be broken down so they take up less space.
If you stay through Wednesday, please push all trash cans out to the street for pickup on Wednesday night.

Instructions for heater and A/C:
The property has two wings both sides have central heating system controllers on the walls.
One side of the house has window unit Air conditioners.

Pillows and bed linens for the day bed are available upon request please inform us before check-in so we can get them ready

Limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, garbage bags, sugar, . Should you require more, please plan accordingly.
Additional household supplies are easily available at the Walmart Supercenter a mile away.

One bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.

If you plan on using the sofa bed, please notify us before your check-in so we can provide extra sheets/blankets for your guests as you might not have any extra during check-in.

Please note that the furniture in the accommodation can be rearranged from the posted picture.

Please clean dishes, leave dirty laundry in the bathrooms, trash goes in the trash bin at the side of the property, and lock the apartment.

The neighbourhood is family-friendly and fairly quiet. One of the neighbours owns chickens and a rooster that wakes up early in the morning.
