This is a perfect home for entertaining, relaxing and vacationing with family and friends. The house has a large open floor plan and is newly renovated and furnished from top to bottom. This house is conveniently located close to wineries, great restaurants, farm stands, beaches, shopping and spas.
The first floor has a huge well stocked kitchen, with an island that seats 4 and a farmhouse dining room table that seats 10. The living room has a Flat Panel HDTV, cozy couches and plenty of books to read. There are two spacious bedrooms on this floor one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. The first floor has one extra large full bathroom with a bathtub, plus a half bath. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Second floor has an entertainment room with a pull out sectional couch, Flat Panel HDTV, a wet bar with seating area and an air hockey table. The wet bar has a refrigerator, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There is a closet full of board games. There are 3 spacious carpeted bedrooms on this floor; one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom.
The large back yard has two patio tables that seat 10, a barbecue and a fire pit with Adirondack seating.
The two car garage is stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a great heavy duty cart to carry everything to the beach. There are four adult bikes and one youth bike as well as two kayaks with paddles and 4 life jackets available for guest use.
There is also a mini basketball hoop and a dual shot basketball arcade game for hours of fun for the kids.
Located in Jamesport, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. While the natural beauty of The Hamptons Beaches and Cooper's Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Shinnecock Hills Golf Course.
Traveling with kids? Consider Splish Splash Water Park, or check out an event or a game at Riverhead Raceway. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and hiking/biking trails nearby.
