Enter the home through an open front porch to the open living room, dining and kitchen area. The living room has a large flat screen TV with Comcast cable & DVD player. The dining room features a large table and is open to both kitchen and living room. The modern kitchen includes plenty of counter space with granite counter tops. The center island has seating for 4.
The first floor also features 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and 1 king size bed, each bedroom features it's own unique private bath. You'll have a hard time picking a favorite. There is access to a large outdoor deck through two of the bedrooms. This deck features hot tub, outdoor shower and barbeque area. The first floor double living room also has a day bed and a queen sofa bed in case a single individual wants to occupy one of the bedrooms.
The second floor features 3 more master bedrooms and two large decks,one on the front of house and one overlooking the back yard. Whether you want sun or shade, you'll always be able to find a great place to sit and relax.
Located in Country Club Estates, a neighborhood in Rehoboth Beach, this vacation home is near a water park. Shoppers can check out Tanger Outlets, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park and Rehoboth Beach. Ready for a night out?
