Gorgeous new home completed in December 2013 located in the desirable community of WaterMark in North Bethany Beach, Delaware, voted Delaware's Top Community of 2014. Property offers direct access to a protected waterway, optimal for kayaking, canoeing and fishing. The home has professionally designed interiors with premium upgrades.

A stacked washer & dryer are located on the third level.

The home is ideally located within driving distance to numerous attractions such as Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk, Outlet Shopping, Delaware State Parks, Ocean City, Md, Chincoteague, Va, deep-sea & bay fishing, biking paths, Cape May-Lewes Ferry.
