Another great bonus of this unbeatable location is being only one block from Big Fish & Arenas restaurants as well as a bus stop with drop-offs at the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, and Ocean City.

This well-appointed, two-story retreat is perfect for families, small groups of friends, and couples. Enjoy a comfortable open floor plan with a colorful living room with a flatscreen TV and a DVD player, a dining area with a gorgeous five-person glass table, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and a drip coffee maker. Meals can take place at the dining table indoors or on the screened-in patio, at the outdoor dining area. Treat your loved ones to tasty grilled treats (patties and veggies) using the gas grill available on the patio. This air-conditioned retreat has two levels. Aside from the main living space, the first floor offers a comfortable bedroom, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a half bathroom. The second floor has two more bedrooms, located on completely opposite sides of the home, two full bathrooms (one en suite), and a small nook with a sofa, perfect for a secluded time reading, listening to music, or even taking naps. This community features an outdoor pool within steps of the house!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
