Welcome to 37670 Exeter Drive, #13! Make this beautiful three-bedroom condo near the beach your next vacation escape. Located just minutes from downtown Rehoboth, the boardwalk, the beach, and the tax-free Tanger Outlets, everything you want to do is right at your fingertips. Beyond easy beach access, you can also enjoy the community pool whenever the mood strikes, and nearby golf courses and parks offer even more ways to soak up the outdoors. After a day of exploring, unwind with friends at one of the area's many coffee shops or breweries and start planning tomorrow's adventures.
Step inside and you'll instantly feel the coastal vibe. The condo is open, light-filled, and beautifully decorated, with a fully appointed kitchen featuring generous counter space and modern appliances—perfect for preparing and sharing meals together. Enjoy dinner in the spacious dining area or take it outside to the balcony for a breezy evening bite. End the day relaxing in front of the SMART TV or settling in with a good book. With its premium location and inviting design, this condo truly lets you experience the best of coastal living.
Set within The Grande at Canal Pointe, the community is beautifully landscaped with picturesque walking paths throughout. It's east of Route 1 and less than two miles from Rehoboth Beach and the Boardwalk—an easy bike ride to downtown restaurants, shopping, and the sand. You're also steps from the first of two community pools (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day), along with clubhouses and gyms. The neighborhood also offers a fenced playground, tennis courts, and a basketball court, and the Junction and Breakwater bike trail is accessible right across from the community entrance.
Parking is plentiful and unassigned, making arrivals simple. Inside the condo, you'll find a dedicated workstation with desk and chair, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, central AC, a washer and dryer, and a private balcony. Please note: pets are not permitted, and linens are not included, though a rental package is available. The owner does have dogs that have been on the property.
Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement.
