PRIMARY BEDROOM
Relax in the spacious primary suite featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, 50” Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom with double vanity and stand-up shower.
GUEST BEDROOM
The guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, twin bed, walk-in closet, and easy access to the second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination that works especially well for families with children.
KITCHEN
Our fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, dinnerware, olive oil and an assortment of spices for meals at home. Start your mornings with coffee or tea before heading to the beach or exploring the Delaware coast.
LIVING & DINING AREA
The open-concept living room provides comfortable seating with two oversized sofas, including a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Guests can relax with streaming entertainment, family games, or plan their adventures using our guidebook filled with favorite local restaurants, beaches, and activities.
The dining area includes seating for four, plus additional counter seating.
SCREENED PORCH
One of our favorite spaces is the screened-in porch with a cozy bistro set and peaceful views — perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach.

Located in Midway, a neighborhood in Rehoboth Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and near the beach. Shoppers can check out Tanger Outlets, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park and Lewes Beach. Midway Speedway and Shell We Golf are also worth visiting. Motor boating and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and horse riding nearby.
