Guests will access the house by an electronic keypad

We are a small team. Someone is always available 24/7 by phone, and in person within an hour if not faster.

This is in a nice, peaceful quiet family neighborhood. This is a residential setting with houses on the left and right approxmately 50' apart. In the backyard it is 450' to the nearest neighbor with trees and a natural ravine which the deer and turkeys love.

We love our neighbors. Please note that no loud music, cars, or any other noise after 9pm until 7am. Violation may result in removal from the property.

There is parking for two cars in the garage and two cars on the pad. No parking on the street. The concrete pad is approximately 20' and trailers can be parked on them as long as they don't stick into the street.

This is in a nice, peaceful quiet family neighborhood and we love our neighbors.

These rules will be strictly enforced:

No loud music, cars, or any other noise after 10pm until 8am.
No pets.
As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No Smoking, vaping, or any other strong-smelling airborne substance of any kind is allowed on the property. ANY violation of this policy will cause a fine of $250 minimum and increase to the full cost of bringing in a smoke restoration company at your expense.

Quiet Hours: after 8 pm until 8am.

General Damages: Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety: Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and portable device chargers.

Other: No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay. We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Parties: Are not allowed unless given written permission. If guests are found to have had a party without permission guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refund. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Cleaning: We want this to be a vacation for you and as such we don't require you to do laundry or significant cleaning. We do ask is that you treat the property with respect, take the trash out before you leave, and do your dishes. Please let us know when you leave so we can let our cleaners know. :)

HOT TUB SAFETY RULES
-Always shower before and after using Hot Tub to remove oils and lotions.
-No glass objects of any kind in or around Hot Tub and patio.
-Please limit time to no more than 15 minutes.
-Please try to avoid solo Hot Tub use. Have a partner for safety.
-Keep head above water at all times.
-Do not use if you are pregnant.
-Do not leave children unattended.
-Do not drink alcohol before or while you are in Hot Tub.
-When Hot Tub is not in use, please place cover back on unit.
-Use Hot Tub at your own risk.

Property Owner and Manager are not responsible for accidents that occur from use of the Hot Tub
A fee of $75 fee will be charged if Hot Tub needs to be drained and refilled, or needs special cleaning, after your stay.
