LOCATION :
The house is located on the west side of Rapid City at the foot of the Black Hills off Hwy 44, providing easy access to Canyon Lake and the many attractions in the area.

condition when you arrive, minus beds left unmade and soiled towels.
↪ If any problems arise, please let me know, I will do my best to address it
ASAP.
↪ Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
↪ No smoking of any kind which will result in a $250 fee that will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
↪ The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation.
↪ Outside security camera facing street, monitors front landscaping., structure not in
view.
↪ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.

Located in Rapid City, this vacation home is near theme parks and on a lake. Dinosaur Park and Museum of the American Bison are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Watiki Water Park and Cleghorn Springs Hatchery & Visitors Center. Storybook Island and Flags and Wheels Indoor Racing are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling and sledding.
