-Villa del Sol is a beachside neighborhood. Future plans are to finish the Resort-like community with amenities such as a community pool, cabanas and pickleball courts.
- Please note Villa del Sol is a new community and there is construction nearby. This is reflected into the discounted pricing due to the construction. Once amenities are complete, pricing will reflect this so take advantage of this discounted rate. It will not last long.
