This house is a 2600 square foot, contemporary modern, fully equipped, beautifully appointed private oceanfront residence.
ADULTS GUESTS ONLY-Not suitable for children /families with children younger than 17. Sleeping accommodations include two top floor bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 guests ( twin beds, queen sized bed + twin roll-away for a fifth guest) Both guest bedrooms share a large sundeck with panoramic view of the ocean.
Guests love the home’s spacious living /dining room, large sun deck, modern kitchen, TV/media room and a fully equipped laundry room.
The property has a security system that includes smoke alarm and outside surveillance devices.
Amenities include a whirlpool bath in one bedroom and an elevator ( extra fee to use). The large main floor deck spans the width of the house while facing the ocean to offer magnificent daily sunset views. The deck stairs lead directly to the white sand beach.
The house is located in Port St Joe...just 1/2 mile east of Mexico Beach - both quaint coastal beach towns. With many points of interest, water sports and a tranquil shoreline, the area offers opportunities for both adventure and relaxation. Located in Port St. Joe, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Saint Joe Beach and Mexico Beach. Beacon Hill Park and Mexico Beach Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
