A complete furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with 30 square meters living space and accommodates maximum of 4 people. Conveniences includes: refrigerator; oven; microwave; coffee maker; air condition, cable TV, wifi, sound system and hot water shower. The condo just recently decorated with the idea of bringing comfort to every weary travelers, to inspire artist or to discover the artist side in you or simply to bring the feeling of home comforts.

Located on the 4th floor with stunning mountain view, serenity and coolness of air, the pastel colored chic condo decor invites you to a place you want to indulge in a lazy, relaxed and comfortable vacation. The beautiful vista in your kitchen window will entice you to enjoy your coffee at dawn or wine at dusk or energize you to the next day of adventure. There are lots of things to do in Cebu inside and outside its sprawling metropolitan.You are in close proximity to the city action yet felt in midst of nature and quiet surroundings.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils. The master bedroom have double size bed and the second room have sofa bed. For convenience personal laundry can be arranged through laundromat with extra fee or guests can go to laundromat at nearby shopping centers.
All linens are supplied including pool towels.

Stepping outside, you will enjoy the resort style Homeowner's amenities that includes: swimming pool, basketball court, fitness gym, children's playroom and a well designed Clubhouse.

Conveniently located at SRP ( South Road Properties- a 300 hectares of waterfront land, envisioned as the leisure destination in Asia), a 13km distance to Mactan International Airport, short distance to SM Seaside ( 2nd largest mall in Philippines). At present construction is in progress: pedestrian lane access from the condo to SM; a footbridge that connects the condo to the luxurious Il Corso ( resort style shopping/ open air entertainment facing Mactan water channel). A very short distance to the 100 walls church of San Pedro Calungsod- a Catholic Church that is architecturally fascinating and solemnly beautiful.

An easy access to Cebu's south via Talisay Cebu, a short driving distance to Cebu's old town and historical landmarks: Colon, Magellan's cross, Sto. Nino church, Fort San Pedro and the rugged wet market of Mambaling and Carbon Market.

Both SM Seaside and Il Corso offers gastronomic hide-out, you either enjoy the sea breeze and the sunset while dining at Gusto Marie, SRP Lantaw and Parilya or inside the gigantic walls of modern architecture SM mall or the panoramic water view on its rooftop garden.
Public transport is now available. My Bus is the new public bus transportation in Cebu that operates destinations including Mactan International Airport, SM shopping center, Il Corso and Fil Invest condominiums. This means your mode of mobilization is not limited to taxi's, rental cars, GRAB ( local counterpart of UBER). My Bus a public shuttle can move guests to and from the San Remo Oasis building to SM Seaside and Talisay and to the city. Grab ( a local UBER) is also dependable but app need to be installed on the cellphone. Security officers are 24/7 visible in every common areas around the building and also a good source for any local information.
Fees and inclusions:
- A minimum 4 nights stay at $50/ night and one time cleaning fee of $10. Inclusive of homeowners fee, cable, water and electricity.

-50% discount to stays more than a month1 inclusive of home owners fee only.
- Cable, water and electricity will be billed to the occupants/ renters
- Security deposit and 1 month rent in advance for renters more than 6 months.

Cebu City is home to this condo. SM Seaside City Cebu and Mango Square are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Cebu Ocean Park and Jpark Island Waterpark. Jumalon Butterfly Sanctuary And Art Gallery and Celestial Garden are also worth visiting.
