The keys will be handed to you by our staff, she will be assisting you to the unit.

House Rules:
* Not suitable for pets.
* As a courtesy to the next guest, it would be of great help to keep the unit clean and orderly.
* Wash all the dishes and kitchen utensils used before check out.
* Any damage or loss to the unit shall be for the account of the guests.
* Do not pour cooking oil or drain small pieces of food into the sink to avoid clogging.
* Turn off appliances when not in use to save electricity and for safety reasons.

To AVOID FINE by the addmin office:
*Do not hang anything on the balcony grill.
*No loud noise that will disturb other guests.
*No smoking.
*Don't leave garbage along the hallway. Every floor has a garbage chute to throw in your garbage.
*Avoid walking from the pool to the unit with wet swimwears. There is an allotted changing area near the pool area.
*Do not cook smelly foods like dried seafoods.

To avoid check in/out delays please inform us ahead of time for instructions on the time/procedure of moving in/out for us to allot travel time going to the condo

Late check ins until 6pm. Later than 6pm it will be self check-in. Please advise to make arrangements.

Let's take care of each others belongings please do not forget to lock the door when going out. We are not responsible for any loss.
