It is a beautiful simple apartment recently re-modeled and re-decorated, it's a great price to be at the middle of Miraflores, 3 blocks from Kennedy Park, and Calle de las Pizzas and 7 blocks from Larcomar Mall and the Pacific Ocean. There are a lot of supermarkets, restaurants, discos and bars. 30 minutes from the airport, also connected by Metropolitan to main bus stations of Lima to other areas of Peru.
Clean, safe, comfortable with an incredible view of the city + Wifi internet :-)
Mini-Studio Description:
one room with one twin bed (1 person)
second room one double bed (2 people)
private bathroom, kitchenette (sink, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, dishes, water boiler) & dining area, WIFI Internet and hot water. It has also bed sheets and towels.
If you need additional rooms, please check my other rooms availability.
I will look to meet you, in case its not possible I will leave the keys with the bell door, that is 24hrs available. Do not forget to leave the keys at the check out.
The "metropolitan bus" connects you with lots of other districts and the bus stop is two blocks away.

* Organic / Vegetarian Restaurants: Fresh Bite, Bio Leben, etc.
* Parks: Kennedy Park, Malecón.
* Tours: Mirabus (Info. Booth lies on Kennedy Park).
* Shopping: Department Stores (Falabella, Ripley), Larcomar Mall (lies along the cliff in front of the ocean), Larco Ave. (along the street there are many stores).
* Casino: Slot Machines & Table Games (Atlantic City, Fiesta, etc.)
* Schools: Language (AC Spanish Class, The Sun, etc.) / Paragliding (AeroXtreme, Fly Adventure, etc.) and Surfing (Pukana Surf, Eternal Wave, etc.)
* Organic Store: Organic Point, on Ave. La Mar 718 Miraflores, 30 minutes walk.
* Entertainment: Night Clubs (Goth, etc.) / Movie Theaters (LarcoMar UVK) / Services: Gym (Gold's)
* Airport Transfer to Miraflores (Approx. $ 20): Taxi Green (Airport Booth), Royal Taxi, Satellite Taxi or you can take to UBER too.
Most attractions are within walking distance. If you want to experience how to live in Lima, there is a nearby bus stop, Metropolitano.
I have also tours in Lima, that I use to make with my 4wd, so if you want we can plan something good for you in advance.
Also if you want to go to a 4wd expedition from Lima to Cuzco visiting also Machu Picchu.
You can get also air condition too for a fee of 9 dollars per day (sorry electricity is quite expensive in Peru) but you can sleep such and icecream ;-)
