Close to the center of Miraflores, shopping centers, restaurants,shops, markets & the San Isidro district. Close to all main attractions!

The apartment offers 85 sqaure meters, fully equiped. 10 Megabyte coaxial optical fiber Internet and over 90 digital TV cable channels. All new. Lovely neighborhood. Quiet and tranquil. One block away from San Isidro, still in Miraflores at walking distance to the heart and center of the touristic part of Miraflores and all the main attractions.

I also have a parking space in the buiding which can be available. Just ask.

The renting price comprises the whole apartment and you would have acces to everything in the apartment.

This is the safest and most touristic district in Lima. You are also in a residential area. Excelent to do all kind of sports and outdoor activities, like surfing, running, bike riding, etc. beacuse you are so neer to everything.

You can walk around Miraflores areas, or take a taxi a block away from the apartment. If you want to go to visit other districst like Barranco or San Isidro (which is literally one block away) is better to take a taxi. Buses pass about 5 blocks away so you can enjoy of peace, quit and tranquility. It is the BEST residential area of Miraflores, 1 block away from San Isidro, the richest and most distiguished district in Lima.

The outsides of the building is so nice, so quit, so beautiful. You will enjoy it so much. Take a walk, wonder around, look for the great variety of restaurants and shops, go to the movies, coffee, etc. Its limitless.

Please be sure to read, understand and follow the following house rules which were advised and accepted previously by you before renting this apartment.
Note that if any harm or carelessness in regards to the apartment that may result in property damage which is not normal “wear and tear” will be discounted immediately from the warranty in order to leave this property in the same condition as you received it.

Be reminded that cleanliness is very important. This is not a hotel, it is a house that we rent with care and love and visitors should do the same towards the apartment in means of looking and caring after the property.
1. Please, no smoking inside the apartment is allowed.
2. No pets are allowed in the appartment.
3. Please, no strangers are allowed in the appartment. This is very important to look after. Only people who rented the apartment are allowed in this property.
4. Please, no partys or loud noises are allowed in the appartment in order to respect the others living in the building.
5. Please, bring your flip flops / sandals etc. to use inside the apartment. The use of shoes inside the apartment will only make floors, rugs, bathroom rugs, etc. dirty and not hygienic. Hotels are cleaned every day. This apartment is most likely not to.
Lima is a city with no rain; therefor dirt is always present in the streets. Using shoes in the apartment will bring all the dirt inside the apartment and cleaning rugs, bathroom rugs, etc. is very expensive in Lima. Please help keeping the apartment clean and the floors well maintained. You will receive a perfectly clean and sanitized appartment. Using socks and no shoes in the apparment will not be a problem or an issue for you :)
6. Please, be very carefull with the wall corners, wall paint, doors and door paint when you move your luggage and things around to keep the apartment nice and neat. You will receive a perfectly painted apartment. You should return it the same way.
7. Kitchen and other areas are open to use. Please clean after yourself after using these spaces.
Please DO NOT use the green sponge on the kitchen metal surface as it will only scratch it. Use the soft side of the sponge. Use coasters for your hot beverages (2nd or 3rd drawer in the kitchen).
8. Bathrooms are equipped with trash cans. I want to let you know that the pipes in Lima are not made to withstand the flushing of toilet paper. To avoid plumbing problems, use the trash cans.
If you need more bags, you can find them in the last drawer in the kitchen (for the trash cans).
