**Starting March 1st, the HOA will be charging $50 per week for parking passes. You will purchase them separately from the reservation. Parking passes have to be purchased before your arrival date to get this current rate or they will be $10 more. You will get an email and/or text to do this. If you book the same day, they will be the higher rate. The onsite management reserves the right to raise this rate without our knowledge.
