'The pictures on the site are great, but they do not do this condo justice! The view from this condo will take your breath away! The sand is literally a few footsteps from the back door! This condo is very spacious and feels like home!! The master bedroom is great with a very cozy king size bed and a huge oversized tile shower! This is the first time we stayed on a ground unit at the beach and we were so so surprised with how much we loved it!! The access to the pool and beach from the back door made it seem like the pool and beach were there just for us! There are no negatives about this condo or its location!! We are already booked to go back! Thanks so much Solomons!!!'

Welcome to the sugar sand beaches and emerald green waters of Perdido Key. This paradise island offers the convenience of larger resorts with the tranquility of a secret hide-away. Situated directly on the ground floor of SeaSpray West tower, our condo will be the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the gulf and view of breathtaking sunsets. Watch and hear the waves break right from the patio. We are located extremely close to the beach! Please see our photos to get a good idea on the proximity to the beach! Our condo location is the ultimate when wanting to get on and off the beach!

SeaSpray offers a vacation experience for the whole family. Enjoy swimming at any of the three outdoor pools or in the Gulf of Mexico. You can also enjoy the hot tub, or tennis/pickleball courts. You can check out the pickleball equipment from the SeaSpray office! Do you enjoy fishing or boating? Bring your boat or personal watercraft and launch it from SeaSpray Riverside and cruise Ole River around Ono Island or head out to the Gulf of Mexico. Got a kayak? You can bring that too! We have kayak racks located next to the boat launch. You can kayak Ole River! Our condo is within 2 miles of Gulf of Mexico deep sea fishing charter boat services. Don't have a boat, but want to get further out from the beach? We are within a 17 minute drive to the Alabama Gulf State Park Pier. At 1,540 feet, the new pier is the second longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico and has 2,448 feet of fishing space, not to mention a fish cleaning station.

Your group may want to play golf at one of the nearby courses, such as Lost Key. Or you may want to spend some time at The National SeaShore and the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola. Shopping is also close at the Tangier Outlet in Foley or the many shops at The Wharf in Orange Beach. There are many dining options in Perdido Key including the The Point Restaurant on Innerarity Point, The Sunset Grill, Crab Trap, The Oyster Bar, Shrimp Basket, and Lillian's Pizza. We are 2 miles from the Alabama border. There you will find the coastal city of Orange Beach. My favorite restaurants in Orange Beach are Zeke's Restaurant at Zeke's Landing, The Gulf, Cobalt, Doc's Seafood Shack and Oyster Bar, Cosmo's and Tacky Jack's!

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (1240 square feet) is located on the ground floor, so we are just a few steps from the beach. You will park right outside the front door and unpack your luggage without having to bother with any elevators!
The view from our large living/dining area and kitchen directly overlooks beach. We decorated our condo with a casual yet upscale atmosphere that you will love. We have a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat and two comfortable leather recliners to lounge in when you are not on the beach. The dining area has seating for six with two additional counter stools. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. We love the huge walk-in shower in the master bathroom. You even have a full size washer/dryer when you must wash some clothes! We are steps away from the SeaSpray workout area. Our unit is a NON-SMOKING unit. Please note that SMOKING isn't allowed on any SeaSpray property. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our beautiful SeaSpray condominium. It is the ultimate in convenience.
