Welcome to The Gathering Place, a cozy and comfortable three-bedroom, two-full-bath home. The fenced backyard features a patio, so you can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful weather while dining al fresco.

This home is perfect for exploring the local area. It is within easy reach of many popular attractions, including Downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, and NAS Pensacola. It's also convenient if you're visiting a college student or service member, as it's just a short drive away from PCC, UWF, and NAS Pensacola.

Inside, hardwood flooring creates a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The living room features a sofa and an oversized chair, perfect for relaxing and streaming movies on the SmartTV. Free high-speed WiFi keeps you connected.

We provide linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a dresser, nightstands, mounted Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a mounted SmartTV, and a closet, while the third bedroom has two twin-sized beds, a nightstand, a mounted SmartTV, and a closet. The hall bathroom has a tub-shower combo.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay. It includes dishes, pots and pans, a coffee maker, and a crockpot. The separate laundry room under the carport also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

There is space for two vehicles in the driveway for parking. Note there are steps into the house from the carport to the doorway.

GUEST ACCESS

You will have access to the entire house, except one locked owner’s closet, and there is no parking in the garage.

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: We usually cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

DOOR ACCESS: We offer keyless entry, and a code will be sent via email the day before checking in to access the house. You will have access to the entire home and the backyard except for one locked owner's closet. For parking, please use the driveway to park your vehicle, garage parking is not available, and street/curbside parking is first come, first served. Please be mindful not to block the neighbors' driveways or mailboxes.

Remember to bring the following:

At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. Pack essentials like toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect. We want you to feel at home, so bring what you need to enhance your experience and enjoy your time with us.

Getting Around:

Pensacola is best explored with a car or vehicle as it offers the most convenience and flexibility. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also available for shorter distances within the city. In the Downtown and East Hill areas, VEO scooter rentals are a popular and convenient way to get around for shorter trips or to explore local attractions. ///Another great option includes the Pensacola Beach Trolley, a free service provided by the Santa Rosa Island Authority. Service dates and times vary from year to year./// Also, take the Pensacola Bay City  Ferry between Downtown Pensacola to Fort Pickens to Pensacola Beach on one of two catamaran-style vessels, the “Turtle Runner” or “Pelican Perch”.
