NO NEED FOR AN ELEVATOR.....just a few steps down off your private balcony and you have easy access the beach, the hot tub, indoor or outdoor pools, as well as the fitness center complete with showers. This one bedroom, 1.5 bath unit comfortably sleeps 4 with a king size bed in the master bedroom as well as a pull out queen size sleeper I. n the living area.
The condo is fully stocked to meet all your needs and the front desk staff is there to provide you with directions to local attractions and assist you in any way they can.

There is not a washer and dryer in the unit, however, there are coin operated laundry facilities downstairs for guests to use.

We invite you to come and enjoy the sugar white sand beaches and all Perdido Key has to offer. The Perdido Sun has a large attractive lobby as well as BBQ grills on the east side of the facility for your use.
