Beautiful, new home in Perdido Key just 5 minutes to the beach! Perfect friends and family getaway. We provide a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room for you to make yourself at home. If you want to watch a movie the whole family can cozy up in the spacious living room. We have you covered for game nights, cooking large meals, days at the beach, and toys to keep the little ones occupied. And, if you're working remotely, super zippy Wi-Fi for all those video calls comes standard.

- In the garage you will find lots of items for your convenience including - beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella, cooler, beach toys & beach chairs

If you are lucky, you might catch sight of some dolphins in the morning off the pier located a short walk from the house.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, pool, and property. A keypad code will be provided to ease check-in.

There are 2 parking spaces available.
The space includes a two car garage and private driveway. No vehicles allowed in the garages.

No parking allowed on the street, no exceptions.
Additional parking is first come, first serve on the main street near mail boxes or parking lot by the community dock. Both are short walks to our house.

Family friendly community!
No parties or nuisance complaints will be tolerated. Please be respectful of long term residence and other neighboring guest.
Other things to note
All TVs have the ability to access all your favorite streaming apps.

Highchair, pack and play and safety gate are provided for free.

Sound machines in bedrooms.

Extra floor twin mattresses in closets.

We cannot control the beach conditions, weather, status of HOA amenities or COVID-19 related closures.

Any missing items will result in a fee that equates to replacing the item.

Extra precautions have been taken to provide you with a clean home to stay in.

Pensacola is home to this vacation home. While the natural beauty of Perdido Key Beach and Gulf State Park can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out The Wharf.
Orange Beach Indian and Sea Museum and Adventure Island are also worth visiting.
