Quiet residential neighborhood in Del Monte Forest, Pebble Beach, CA. Close to world class golf courses, restaurants and spas, less than two minutes drive to the world famous 17 Mile Drive, 3 minutes to Pacific Grove and 6 minutes to Carmel By The Sea.
This is a one story, 2,638 sf home with a two car garage. Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, the master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in shower, large bathtub and walk in closet, bedrooms two and three have queen size beds. There is also a full size mattress available to place in the office (there is no door on the office).
This home features a Gourmet Kitchen with a copper hood, double oven, six burner gas cooktop, four foot commercial refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a TV. The large dining room off the kitchen offers seating for six people with a TV. There is a separate office which you may use as an office or additional sleeping area. The living room features cozy furnishings to relax with a large TV. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use.
The outside patio has a fire pit and seating for four. The fire pit is only available to long term renters of 31 days or more, this is a Monterey County ordinance. The house has central heating and air conditioning and a back up generator. There is an attached two car garage with a large parking area.
Pebble Beach is home to this vacation home. Pebble Beach Golf Links and Fisherman's Wharf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Asilomar State Beach and Lovers Point. Check out an event or a game at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, and consider making time for Monterey Bay Aquarium, a top attraction not to be missed. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
