Luxuriously designed with an open concept floor plan, featuring a chefs GRANITE KITCHEN WITH CENTER ISLAND, TILE FLOORS THROUGHOUT, GRANITE COUNTER VANITIES & WALK IN SHOWERS, FULL LAUNDRY FACILITIES and a location that allows you to walk to ALL Carmel restaurants, shops and the beach. We have carefully designed the interiors for the comfort of our guests. The building consists of two rental units. Both units are identical. Both living spaces are completely separate with their own entrances. The two bedroom units are just under 1300 square feet. Unit one is located on the ground floor and unit two is located on the second floor ( above unit one). Each unit has a separate listing on VRBO. This listing hosts UNIT 1 located on the ground floor of the building. Located in the heart of Carmel-By-The-Sea we still boast a rather private setting as the duplexes set far from the street and are surrounded by other quiet Inns. This unit has an outside patio area with seating for four.
Located near the beach, this apartment is in Downtown Carmel, a neighborhood in Carmel. Pebble Beach Golf Links and Fisherman's Wharf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Carmel Beach and Monterey Bay.
