INDOORS

The living space features a large sectional sofa for 6-8 adults, 50in smart TV, stepdown bar and views of the pool, spa and the mountains. The living space opens up to the outdoor seating area. The kitchen features new KitchenAid appliances, beautiful countertops, new cabinets. The large pantry is ideal for groceries. The dining area features a round table for 6 adults, and opens to the outdoor breakfast table. The centrally located atrium provides plenty of sunlight, and space to relax and enjoy a book in peace. SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom features a king bed, with a 50in. smart TV, ceiling fan, and backyard views. The main bath features a walk-in closet, shower/tub combo, double vanity with plenty of counter space. The middle guest bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with shower and closet. Second guest bedroom also features a queen bed, a 40 inch smart TV, celling fan, and access to the jack-and-jill bathroom with a standard closet. All bedrooms include blackout curtains for those who like to sleep-in.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.
