The space
The views from this home is where is stands apart from almost all others. With an uninterrupted vista of the Eisenhower mountain, you have no neighbors behind you as far as the eye can see. The Barranca, which is a green belt unique to this area expands along 26 private residential homes. It allows for a gorgeous view and a lot of privacy. You enter the property through a brightly colored automated gate door and into a private courtyard. An extra large pivot glass front door leads into an oversized entry connecting you to a spacious living room. This living room has all the luxuries and then some! A 72" OLED HDR TV complete with all streaming services, a Sonos surround sound system and a bar area with refrigerated drawers to keep your favorite beverages chilled and an ice maker. With a view overlooking it all, enjoy the Chef's kitchen with a 48" stainless steel Wolf range and oven, Sub Zero fridge, and huge expansive quartz countertop island which makes for an amazing space for cooking or gathering with plenty of room for the whole family and friends. A beautifully designed dining room with views of the courtyard is off of the living room can seat up to 10 guests. The house is divided into 2 sleeping zones. On one side your younger family members will love the Kids Zone, with 4 full sized bunks, a swinging chair, 72" LED tv, full sized closet and master sized bathroom. It provides a hang out space completely separate from the main living room and it's own entrance to the backyard and pool. There is also a guest room with king sized bed and ensuite bath on that side of the house. It boasts an oversized closet and views of the front courtyard. The other sleeping area zone includes a Master Bedroom and ensuite bath with custom tiled walls. This large and comfortable bedroom also enjoys outstanding mountain views. A private office with sliding door also has a top of the line convertible custom Italian sofa bed complete with a Nike mattress for sleeping comfort. It is so easy to use as a full time bedroom or for an overnight guest. There is a Peloton bike in this room to keep your fitness game on track. The home has a full laundry room as well as a brand new golf cart available for guests to use. Other amenities include a video camera and buzz in front gate, 3 adult, 2 kids bikes, outdoor ping pong table sports equipment and pool rafts.
