Beautiful entertainer's backyard with pool and spa and putting green and private gate leading to the 12th hole of Shadow Mountain golf resort. Eclectic mid century modern home with all the amenities to make this your home away from home. This is a furnished month to month vacation rental available beginning in June of 2023. Will consider long term upon request. Rent varies based on the month. The home has a brand new (April 2023) Sunpower 10KW Solar System that takes care of the majority of the electric bill. $400 towards utilities are included.
