Have a boat or just like to look at them? Arrive at Palm Coast Resort 109 and find your needs met. Without ever leaving the grounds, enjoy a large pool with generous poolside sunbeds and seating. Walk to the pool after breakfast each morning, enjoyed outside on your private lanai. A rectangular dining table seats six on cushioned, wicker chairs. Potted plants, lush vegetation, and an inviting lake view transport this dining area outdoors and straight to paradise.
For casual relaxing, the living room provides for a family enjoying full-out R&R. A massive leather couch, La-Z-Boy-style armchair and a second corner reading chair face a new flat-screen TV. Floor cushions are also available to toss on the tiled floors. Lower the blinds to the desired level as the sun drops if you want to watch TV.
Open to the rest of the living space, the kitchen is fully stocked and has a generous double oven. The charming center island has a straight edge on one side, where the chef performs his/her magic and is curved on the opposite. This inviting layout better welcomes hungry onlookers around the breakfast bar and makes food and drink a great focus of your vacation - as it should be!
Guests have the choice of three bedrooms, each of them decorated in a classic and very clean boutique hotel esthetic. Dark woods in the beds and other furniture are perfectly matched with linens and gorgeous accents. Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds while the third hosts two twin beds. Wide windows allow the unit to fill with the sunshine, while window coverings help you to sleep late or enjoy your private HDTV.
In the primary suite, decadence is improved with a gorgeous en-suite bath. Dark slate tile in the shower stall add tremendous drama and a rain shower head is a finishing touch. Bedrooms two and three offer choice of a queen bed and two twins and they share a full bathroom.
This unit provides the ready-made convenience so sought-after in vacation rentals. In-suite laundry, wireless Internet, cable TV and covered parking - you’re all set to play.
And play you shall! The pool is just a short walk, as is the lovely heated spa. While time on the beach has its place, water-sports enthusiasts will love the calmer Intracoastal for kayaking, canoeing or gentle cruising. Don’t miss it at sunset!

Located in Palm Coast, this condo is on the waterfront. Bulow Plantation State Historic Site and Fort Matanzas National Monument are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Hammock Beach Ocean Course and Palm Coast Resort Golf Club. Palm Coast Lanes and Let's Play Indoor Playground are also worth visiting.
