If you need a change of scenery, take a 25-minute drive to either St. Augustine or Daytona Beach or an hour's drive to Jacksonville or Orlando. Bring your friends and family and come have the luxury beach vacation you've always wanted! Pets are welcome with a $100 per pet fee. Please let us know if you would like to bring your furry friend(s), and we will add them to your reservation.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We provide beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella's, bicycles & a GAS BBQ grill which is located in the Garage.           .

Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON DUNE. USE CROSSOVER AT END OF STREET.

Please keep sand off the furniture and clean the grill after each use. 

Please rinse all sand off before enjoying the Jacuzzi 
Trash days are Monday & Thursday.

Lawn care takes place on Mondays.
Check-out time by 10:00 am.
Before departing, Please do the following:
- Remove bedding and towels and leave in the laundry room

- Load & start dishwasher

- Take the trash out to the garage.

- Please check for leftover items, and don't forget your electronics and chargers.

- Turn all the lights on and close the door.

We recommend coming by car. Uber service is available upon request.
Other Things to Note:

Please do not climb the dunes outside of the designated areas! Please watch for our turtles safely nesting on the beach!
