As you enter the foyer you are greeted by a brand-new 65' Samsung QLED Smart TV (which includes a DVR and surround sound system), 9-foot ceilings, tiled floors and an interior designed to offer luxurious relaxation. Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean.
Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests and includes an ocean view and golf course view from the front of our condo. We also have high speed cable Internet with a wireless router for 1 Gig download and 25 up. Plus, a baby/toddler Pack n Play.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The living room also includes a brand new 65' Samsung QLED HDTV with 40 high definition channels including all HBO and Showtime channels. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer.
Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped. All cookware and tableware is included. Blender, Coffee maker, Keurig, Air Fryer, Blender, Spices, staples. Wine decanter and portable wine glasses for the beach and wine chiller to keep your wine at the perfect temperature on the beach. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the HDTV, or music on our Samsung surround system while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze.
The oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a table, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. Enjoy views of the ocean front Ocean Hammock 8th hole and also the ocean waves.
The 3 bedrooms include a Master with a pillow top king bed, 55' Samsung Smart tv, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and 55' Samsung Smart tv and XBOX One S with 2 remotes and numerous games. Bedroom #3 has 2 twins and a 55' Samsung Smart tv and XBOX One S with 2 remotes and numerous games. The living room has a queen sofa bed sleeper (sleeps 2).
The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual 'zero' slope entrance for kids, a water 'splash zone' for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a snack bar, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.
