Welcome to 1000 Star Gazer, a multi-level beach retreat just steps from Hollywood Beach. This is a home made for mornings with ocean air, afternoons exploring the marina, and evenings spent watching the sky change color from the rooftop deck. With beautiful views, a modern open layout, and thoughtful touches throughout, Star Gazer offers a relaxed, upscale beach stay that still feels like home. Sleeps 12
**Booking process - IMPORTANT!
- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.
- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.

- Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal
- Early check-in options appear 5 days before check-in. You may request it through your Guest Portal
- A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal.

The home features a bright, open-concept living and dining area designed for gathering and relaxing. and the space flows naturally into a chef’s kitchen with premium appliances, a wine fridge, and a coffee station with both Keurig and drip options.
This home sleeps comfortably across three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two on the ground level.
The crown jewel is the rooftop deck—complete with lounge seating, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and marina views. It’s the perfect place to gather as day turns into night.
