Our home is located steps from the sand in the exclusive Silver Strand peninsula. We offer 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front and back fenced patios, garage plus two parking spaces, washer/dryer, 2 smart TVs including movie channels, fastest WiFi, propane bbq & utensils, beach chairs, patio furniture, stainless steel appliances including gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, adult & children’s beach cruisers, boogie boards, games and a kite. The kitchen includes 2 coffeemakers, a tea kettle, blender, toaster oven, crockpot, rice cooker, pots & pans, glass- and plastic-ware, dishes and utensils, as well as individually packaged coffees, an assortment of teas, salt, pepper and sugar. We have one CA King bed, one queen-sized bed, a double bed, and a full-sized futon to comfortably sleep 8. We provide all linens, towels and beach towels. Pet friendly. No smoking please.
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Channel Islands Beach, a neighborhood in Oxnard.
