Step outside to a 40’ x 26’ ocean-facing deck, perfect for grilling and gathering. With an outdoor sectional under a large cantilever umbrella and a dining table for 8, you’ll find yourself spending entire afternoons here. Adjacent to the deck is a charming screened-in room with even more seating and dining space, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.
