Welcome to your own private paradise in the charming Briar Woods neighborhood of Orleans, where a new heated saltwater pool (built 2025) and hot tub set the stage for unforgettable family memories. Just a quick five-minute drive to the stunning Nauset Beach, our vacation home is perfectly located for beach lovers and adventure seekers alike.
Improvements this past year include the heated saltwater swimming pool and hot tub, plus all new outdoor pool furniture; new fence enclosing entire back yard; new 1st floor bathroom (with large walk in shower!); new finished basement game room (with new games described further below!); all new bedroom sets for all the bedrooms; new furniture for the living room; and five new smart tv’s, including the 65’ tv in basement!
As you step inside, you will be captivated by the spacious family room, with soaring ceilings that create an inviting and airy atmosphere. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living area, kitchen, and dining space—ideal for gatherings and shared meals. Off the living room is the lovely deck that overlooks a newly fenced yard, where your private oasis awaits, featuring the spectacular in-ground saltwater heated pool and spa, all surrounded by elegant travertine tiling.
Retreat to the serene first master bedroom, which boasts a king-size bed, stunning new hardwood floors, and a private entrance to a beautifully designed master bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll discover another spacious master bedroom with high ceilings and a comfortable king-size bed, along with a cozy second bedroom featuring two twin beds—perfect for children or guests.
The newly finished basement (2025) is an exciting hangout space for kids and adults alike. It features a new 65-inch TV, an air hockey table, a game table with chairs, and a selection of video games, including “Golden Tee” golf and Ms. PacMan. An additional room in the basement includes a twin bed set, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. A bonus room over the garage includes a day bed for extra sleeping space.
Additional amenities include central air conditioning, new mini-splits in the basement, an outdoor shower for rinsing off post-beach fun, a convenient first-floor washer and dryer, and a one-car garage equipped with a ping pong table for some friendly competition.
